Battle to become governor of Tokyo turns nuclear

In Tokyo the battle to become the governor of one of the world's largest and richest cities has begun - and it is turning into a fight over the future of nuclear power.

Japan's ruling Liberal Democratic Party was expected to win the election easily.

But after the meltdown at Fukushima three years two former prime ministers have come out of retirement to fight against the ruling party candidate.
