Japan deploys anti-missile batteries over N Korea threat

Japan has deployed Patriot anti-missile batteries in the centre of Tokyo over growing concern that North Korea may be preparing a new missile test.

The BBC's Rupert Wingfield-Hayes is in Tokyo and says while there is concern about North Korean threats, these measures are precautionary.
