Thailand's flood crisis challenge

Flood defences held firm in Bangkok over the weekend despite high tides, raising hopes that the city will be mostly spared from flooding that has caused devastation across Thailand.

But with supplies in some areas running short and fears that flood waters may take months to subside, the BBC's Karishma Vaswani warned that Thailand faces challenging times ahead.
