Child hit-and-run in China prompts new law debate

A province in southern China is considering introducing a 'good Samaritan' law aimed at forcing people to help others in distress.

Officials began the discussions after a two-year-old girl was run over twice on a street but ignored by at least 18 passers-by.

The BBC's Martin Patience went to the scene of the incident which caused outrage across China.
