Australia flash floods threaten Brisbane

Police in Australia have begun evacuating parts of the city of Brisbane as the state of Queensland struggles with more extreme flooding.

At least 11 people have died and dozens more are missing after flash floods.

A major search operation is underway in one of the worst affected areas, Toowoomba where a wall of water, being described as an inland tsunami, devastated parts of the area yesterday.

Nick Bryant reports.
