Cheers greet President Obama's praise of Indonesia

US President Barack Obama has held up Indonesia as an example of how a developing nation can embrace democracy and diversity.

He was speaking to cheering crowds in Indonesia - the country that was his childhood home.

Mr Obama praised the most populous Muslim nation on the planet for its stand against Islamist militants.
