Thai restaurants spark food fight

The latest in a string of Thai restaurants run by foreign chefs has opened in Bangkok, with some controversy.

Last month Michelin-starred chef David Thompson said he was on a mission to revive the country's cuisine.

But American former food writer Jarrett Wrisley says the innovation in his new restaurant is in the way food is served, rather than reinventing classic dishes.
