US keen for 'dialogue' with South Korea over neighbour
Ahead of US Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's visit to Asia next week, her Assistant Secretary of State for East Asia has spoken to the BBC.
Kurt Campbell told Kim Ghattas that North Korea had to take some "constructive actions... or signals" before six-party talks regarding its nuclear programme could resume.
He said the US was keen to talk to South Korea about how best to progress regarding its neighbour.
