India caste unrest: 'Delhi has effectively been encircled'

Delhi residents are facing severe water shortages after protesters demanding better job opportunities for their caste sabotaged a canal supplying the city.

Members of the Jat community have been protesting in neighbouring Haryana state for three days, during which at least 15 people have been killed.

Sanjoy Majumder reports from the Delhi-Haryana border were demonstrators have set up road blocks.
