Sachin Tendulkar aims for new cricket record

The Indian batsman Sachin Tendulkar is hoping to become the first player in international cricket to score 100 centuries in test and one day internationals.

Tendulkar, 38, has played cricket for more than 20 years. He is celebrated as a hero in his home country, and has scored more runs than any other player in test cricket.

His record has also earned him a number of lucrative advertising deals.
