Hong Kong metro: 'Arson attack' leaves 17 injured

Hong Kong police have arrested a man on suspicion of arson after fire broke out on an underground train, leaving 17 people injured.

Police say the incident is not being treated as terrorism. Reports say a man tried to throw a petrol bomb inside the carriage during evening rush hour.
