Wukan protest village: Police in dawn raid at Wukan home

Police have launched a crackdown in China's so-called "protest village", raiding homes and making arrests.

Wukan became known around the world in 2011 for a revolt by villagers against land seizures.

In recent days, they have been back out on the streets, to protest against the jailing of their village chief.
