Japan: People with eating disorders not getting support

Hundreds of thousands of people with eating disorders in Japan are not receiving any medical or psychological support.

The Society for Eating Disorders says Japan's health system is failing them, and that the pressure on girls and young women in particular to be thin has "gone too far".

Tulip Mazumdar reports from Tokyo.
