New Zealand marks anniversary of Christchurch quake

A public service has been held in New Zealand to remember victims of a powerful earthquake that struck the city of Christchurch five years ago.

It was considered the country's worst natural disaster in more than 80 years and claimed the lives of 185 people.

The ceremony took place in the city's Botanic Gardens.

Phil Mercer reports.
