'Questions will be asked of AirAsia' after crash report released

Air accident investigators say a faulty component was a major contributor to the crash of an AirAsia plane last year.

All 162 people on board were killed when the plane came down in the Java Sea.

The first major report into the incident says subsequent errors by the pilots who tried to fix the problems also contributed to the crash.

The plane was travelling from the Indonesian city of Surabaya to Singapore when it came down.

Karishma Vaswani explains.
