Treatment for girl in Vietnam napalm attack photo

Forty-three years ago a photograph of a little girl running naked after a napalm attack became a symbolic reminder of the Vietnam war.

Nine-year-old Kim Phuc, who had ripped off her flaming clothes, suffered burns to a third of her body.

She has been in pain ever since but now hopes laser surgery will help her heal.
