North Korean leader's 'brother' in London, shows footage

A brother of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un apparently visited London on Wednesday and attended an Eric Clapton concert, according to Japanese news agency, JNN.

Their footage appears to show Kim Jong-chul, at the Royal Albert Hall, wearing a T-shirt and leather jacket, alongside North Korean Ambassador to the UK Hyon Hak-bong.

It is thought to be his first public appearance since the death of his father, late leader Kim Jong-il - he ignored reporters' questions about the concert and his relationship with his brother.
