Time-lapse of the world's largest shipyard in South Korea

The Ulsan shipyard in South Korea is reputed to be the largest in the world.

In the 40 years from its inception in 1972, the yard has built just under 3,000 ships and now has 16 per cent of the global shipbuilding market.

Some 60,000 workers toil in the yard night and day to construct a vessel every four or five days.

Watch the time-lapse film of the shipyard in action.
