Nepal earthquake: Inside Kathmandu field hospital

Nepal says 6,204 people are known to have died in Saturday's earthquake and 13,932 were injured.

Relief and rescue teams have reached most areas but many people remain in urgent need.

The BBC's Clive Myrie has visited an Israeli field hospital in Kathmandu that has been treating many of the earthquake victims.
