Philippines: UK helicopter deploys aid to primary school

The Royal Navy has begun delivering aid to areas of the Western Philippines that were hit by Typhoon Haiyan.

The helicopter carrier HMS Illustrious is transporting over 500 tonnes of food and non-food items to areas where they are needed.

The crew are also assisting locals by carrying out short-term reconstruction projects.

BBC correspondent Jonah Fisher reports as work begins repairing a school.
