Vietnam Plus raps up the news for a younger audience

Vietnam Plus, a sister unit of the state-run Vietnam News agency, has broadcast its first rapped news bulletin.

They say the biweekly programme Rap News Plus is aimed at younger audiences who do not watch traditional news broadcasts.
