'Horrifying' stories from North Korea 'atrocities'

The head of the UN commission examining North Korea's human rights record has told the BBC that he has heard "horrifying" stories of atrocities in the country.

Michael Kirby said that the panel had heard testimony from people born into prison camps and who had been forced to live on rodents and grass.
