China to 'emulate' Singapore's economic model

China's communist party will choose the country's next leaders this week, but what direction will they take once in power? One suggestion is to try to emulate Singapore.

It is said the soon-to-be Chinese President Xi Jinping may look to the city-state as a model for reform in China. So what makes Singapore so attractive to the Chinese?
