Ebola 'could wreck W Africa economies,' warns World Bank

The Ebola outbreak could have a catastrophic impact on the economies of West Africa, the World Bank says.

Ebola has killed 2,461 people in West Africa - the largest ever outbreak of the disease.

The president of the World Bank, Jim Yong Kim, says the world reacted slowly to the outbreak which has left the countries of Liberia, Sierra Leone and Guinea "completely under a state of siege".
