Pistorius lawyer Roux says murder 'does not make sense'
Prosecutors have twisted the facts to discredit Oscar Pistorius in his murder trial, his lawyer has said in closing remarks in court in Pretoria.
Barry Roux argued that the double amputee should have faced a lesser charge of culpable homicide over the shooting of his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp.
He also said he could see no motive for murder, stating: "It does not make sense. It does not accord with logic."
Mr Pistorius denies prosecution claims that he deliberately shot Ms Steenkamp on Valentine's Day last year.
