Museveni's shame over African 'failure' in Mali

Uganda's President Yoweri Museveni has been speaking to BBC Africa about the military intervention in Mali.

He feels that the role of African armies has been more than disappointing.

"To find that the Africans cannot defend their own territory, is a big shame," he told the BBC's Alan Kasujja.
