Libya: Is Gaddafi thinking of ending conflict?

Hillary Clinton, the US Secretary of State, has said the Libyan government has been making tentative contact about a possible end to the conflict.

Her comments came at a meeting in Abu Dhabi where Libya's opposition movement was promised more than $1bn. The Libyan rebels have said they need $3bn over next four months.
