Southerners leave north Sudan ahead of vote result

More than 150,000 southerners have already left northern Sudan in the run up to the referendum on possible southern independence.

The vote ends on Saturday and southerners are almost certain to choose to split away. But those that return face an uncertain future.

James Copnall reports from the disputed border region of Abyei where he spoke to Margherita Coco, from the UN's World Food Programme.
