Elderly care home residents killed by flood waters in Japan

At least nine people have been found dead in an old people's home that was overcome by floodwaters in Japan .

The flooding has been caused by Typhoon Lionrock - which swept across northern Japan.

In some areas half a meter of rainfall has fallen causing rivers to burst their banks.

Rupert Wingfield-Hayes reports.
