Syria conflict: UN says aid deliveries could start in 24 hours

The UN has said aid deliveries to some besieged areas in Syria could begin within the next 24 hours.

It comes after an international agreement was reached to cease some of the hostilities in Syria.

President Bashar al-Assad has said he intends to fight on until he has brought the whole country back under his control.
