N Korea 'H-bomb' claims 'deeply troubling'

The UN secretary general has described North Korea's claim to have successfully carried out an underground hydrogen bomb test as "deeply troubling".

Nuclear experts have questioned whether the size of the blast was large enough to have been from an H-bomb.

Ban Ki-moon spoke ahead of an emergency meeting of the UN Security Council in New York.
