Angulo brothers kept in near isolation for 14 years

Mukunda and Narayana Angulo were two of seven children kept in virtual isolation by their father in a New York apartment for 14 years.

"For us there was the outside world and then there was the world in our apartment," Narayana Angulo, 22, told the Today programme.

"We never went out in the winter. Or fall. Or spring," added Mukunda Angulo, who turned 21 this week.

The six boys and their sister learned about the world from their father's film collection.

The Wolfpack, a documentary telling their extraordinary story, goes on show in select UK cinemas on Friday.
