Islamic State crisis: Obama targets 'network of death'

President Obama has called on more countries to join the fight against the jihadist group Islamic State (IS), which he called a network of death, hate and evil.

Addressing the United Nations General Assembly in New York, Mr Obama said humanity's future depended on uniting against those who wanted to divide people by tribe, sect, race or religion.
