Ukraine: US and Russia to hold key talks

US Secretary of State John Kerry and Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov are due to hold crucial talks to try to ease tensions over the Ukraine crisis.

It follows a warning from President Obama to Russia to move its troops in the Crimea region back to their bases.

Russia says that it has a right to defend its citizens in Ukraine.
