US Secretary of State John Kerry is in Geneva, joining UK Foreign Secretary William Hague and other foreign ministers to work for a deal on Iran's nuclear programme.

The negotiations, now in their fourth day, hinge on Iran agreeing to stop enriching uranium in return for a loosening of sanctions.

The BBC's Middle East editor Jeremy Bowen reports from Geneva.
