Armstrong: Doping justice 'not consistent'

Disgraced former cyclist Lance Armstrong says he has been unfairly punished over his multiple doping offences.

The 42-year-old made his comments in an interview for the BBC World Service Newshour programme.

He said that the justice served to cyclists that used drugs to enhance their performance had not been consistent.
