How do honest athletes avoid doping scandals?

The world of athletics is still recovering from a series of high profile doping scandals that have shaken the sport and cast a shadow over the world championships in Moscow.

But how do athletes feel about doping and how difficult is it to stay within the rules?

British hurdler Gianni Frankis gave BBC News his views and explained how difficult it is to keep track of what he puts in his body.
