England university review 'has repercussions in Wales'

A review of higher education in England has repercussions in Wales, the vice-chancellor of Cardiff Metropolitan University has warned.

Cara Aitchison spoke as Prime Minister Theresa May announced a review of tuition fees and student finance.

The matters are devolved in Wales - but Ms Aitchison said the market in higher education was global.
