Theresa May pledges presumed consent on organ donation in England

Prime Minister Theresa May has pledged to introduce presumed consent for organ donation in England - without acknowledging it already exists in Wales.

She told the Conservative party conference in Manchester it would show a UK government "working on behalf of the most vulnerable".

Wales became the first UK nation to introduce such a policy in December 2015.
