Vaughan's view on UKIP and the Liberal Democrats

With the Welsh Assembly and UK Parliament taking a break, BBC Welsh Affairs Editor Vaughan Roderick has been taking stock of the fortunes of the main political parties.

In his final summer Vaughan's view, he says UKIP faces huge questions about its future post-Brexit while the UK's vote to leave the EU might save the Liberal Democrats.
