Get devolution sorted, says Carwyn Jones

First Minister Carwyn Jones has called for a lasting settlement on devolution, to bring an end to lengthy talks about constitutional change.

He was speaking after David Cameron led a meeting of ministers from all four UK governments in Downing Street.

Mr Jones said he wanted an end to "piecemeal devolution" which he said was bad for Wales and for the UK as a whole.
