Cardiff and Newport urged to tap into Bristol prosperity

As a first step, Alun Cairns has set up a Severn Growth Summit in Newport which welcomes 350 delegates on Monday.

Mr Cairns said business in south east Wales could "tap in" to the economic prosperity being enjoyed by Bristol.
