Artist Elfyn Lewis backs National Gallery for Wales idea

Cardiff-based artist Elfyn Lewis has backed the idea of a National Gallery for Wales as showing the nation is "serious" about art.

Mr Lewis, originally from Porthmadog, Gwynedd, told BBC Wales arts and media correspondent Huw Thomas it could work alongside the collection already housed at National Museum Wales.
