Balmoral pleasure steamer future uncertain over funding fears

A pleasure steamer, dating back to 1949, could be forced to stop sailing unless money can be raised to keep it afloat.

The Balmoral, which runs trips from Penarth to Bristol, has been run by a team of volunteers for the last few years but after two poor sailing seasons it is now in financial difficulty.
