Law brings 'clarity' on smoking by playgrounds

New public health legislation will bring "clarity" to the issue of smoking near playgrounds and hospitals in Wales, says Public Health Minister Rebecca Evans.

The Public Health (Wales) Bill was launched at a playground in Cardiff - a second stab at bringing in new regulations.

Ms Evans told BBC Wales health correspondent Owain Clarke it was time to concentrate on the measures which had cross-party support and not the issue of restricting the use of e-cigarettes in public places, which divided opinion.
