Wales Office Minister Guto Bebb defends new Wales Bill

A Wales Office minister has defended plans to change how the Welsh Assembly makes its laws.

Speaking on BBC Sunday Politics, Guto Bebb said that the Wales Bill gave far greater clarity over what the assembly was able to do.

There have been criticisms that the Bill could "roll-back" powers from Cardiff Bay to Westminster.

But Mr Bebb told the programme it goes far beyond the 2011 referendum.
