Frog Bikes says 'fantastic attitude' of workers is key

The unemployment rate in Wales has continued to fall after dropping to its lowest level in a decade.

The latest Office for National Statistics (ONS) figures showed 4.3% of people were out of work in Wales in the quarter to June.

Children's bike manufacturer Frog Bikes has a new factory in Pontypool in Torfaen, which officially opened this week with a workforce of 50.

Rob Mason, general manager, told BBC Wales' economics correspondent Sarah Dickins there is a pool of workers to choose from in the south Wales area but attitude was the key.
