Wildlife through the lens of north Wales' hidden cameras

Hidden cameras in parks and nature reserves across north east Wales have captured thousands of images of 37 different species in the past year.

iWild North Wales, run by the Heritage Lottery-funded social enterprise NatureSpy, has recorded polecats, badgers, foxes and tawny owls.

The camera traps were used to allow people to watch animals at 17 locations without disturbing them.

They were set up with volunteers' help to encourage respect for wildlife.
