Wales watchdog criticises 'lack of vision' for children

Wales' children's commissioner says the Welsh government is letting children down because of a lack of vision and leadership.

Keith Towler says vital services aimed at protecting vulnerable children are in danger of being lost.

The Welsh government says children's rights are at the heart of what it does and funding for children's social services has been protected.
