David Cameron to stop Wales voting on England-only issues

Prime Minister David Cameron has said the Conservatives will stop Welsh MPs from voting on issues affecting just England.

He made the pledge at his party's conference in Birmingham on Wednesday.

Mr Cameron delivered, what he called, his "English votes for English laws" vow.
